We offer the following types of therapeutic services.

• Absolute Health Signature Massage - One or more of the following techniques will be chosen to enhance your therapeutic experience: Swedish, deep tissue, cranial massage, trigger point, reflexology, and hot stones.
   

• Swedish Massage - Long strokes, kneading and friction on superficial layers of muscles for general relaxation and to relieve muscle tension.
   

• Deep Tissue / Sports Massage - Slow intense strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted area. Focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue.
   

• Touch to Heal - A combination of Quantum Touch^®, Reiki, Thought Field Therapy and Qigong for energy balancing and healing.
   

• Reflexology - Thumb or finger pressure applied to points on hands and feet to correspond to the reflex areas of the body.
